Arndt-Eistert 反馈

Arndt-Eistert反馈，是羧酸的同系化（增多一个 CH2）反馈，酰氯与重氮甲烷反馈，然后在氧化银催化下与水共热赢得增多一个碳的羧酸。是一种相配有效的增长羧酸碳链的合成局面。

该反馈适用界限较广，可耐受往往的非质子化官能团，举例烷基、芳基和双键等。质子化的官能团能和重氮甲烷或重氮酮反馈因而不适用于该反馈。

反馈机理：

反馈第一步是使酸转变为相应的酰氯，酰氯与重氮甲烷作用生成重氮酮。
